Shipped platform V1, scaling payment volume processed for gym owners from ~$XXK (beta lifetime) to $XXM+ in the XX months post-launch, as paying gyms grew from XX to XX.
Led UK market expansion: implemented timezone sync (Europe/London), VAT compliance, and localized Stripe payment flows including daylight-saving transitions across multi-location operations — now processing $XXM in annual payment volume.
Extended the platform into a full point-of-sale (POS) system across three checkout flows by building Stripe Terminal integration for gyms in the US, CA, and UK.
Designed and built a Calendly-style coach self-booking system for XXK+ athletes (real-time credit validation, configurable intervals), eliminating manual scheduling overhead for gym staff.
Eliminated double-bookings for XX coaches by integrating Google Calendar with AWS SQS-backed async processing, syncing external staff availability into the booking engine in real time.
